1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why
Browsing
Like any website, the server automatically logs technical request data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). It is used only to run the site and protect it from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and kept only as long as needed, under the hosting provider's policies. We use no analytics or profiling tools.
Notifications
Notifications are optional and need no account. If you turn them on from the Notifications page, your browser creates a technical delivery address with its encryption keys: we store it together with your choices (teams, alert types, language) and the activation date. We do not collect your name, email or phone number. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the same page or your browser settings. The data is deleted when you turn notifications off or when the browser reports the address is no longer valid. Encrypted messages are delivered through your browser maker's push service (Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft).
Staff area
For staff who update the site we process username, full name, role and a password stored only as a non-reversible hash, for as long as the account is active.
Players, staff and photos
The site publishes names, roles, shirt numbers and photos of players, coaches and officials, plus results, scorers and match photos, to report on the club's sporting activity (legitimate interest). Images are published under the permissions collected by the club; for players under 18, with the permission of their parents or guardians. We never publish minors' dates of birth. Anyone featured on the site can ask for content to be removed or corrected by writing to pesarocalcioa5@italservicebordi.it.
Live videos
Live videos are hosted by YouTube (Google). The site does not connect to YouTube until you press play; after that the video loads in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and Google processes data under its own privacy policy.
3. Service providers
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting;
- Upstash Inc.: storage for notification subscriptions, staff accounts and live matches, on EU servers;
- GitHub Inc. (USA): storage for published content.
Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Data is never sold.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses only technical tools required for it to work, which need no consent — that is why there is no cookie banner. There are no profiling, advertising or analytics cookies, and no third-party cookies unless you start a video.

5. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to pesarocalcioa5@italservicebordi.it; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
